Coil strip nest created by BLANKNESTBLANKNEST is powerful nesting software specifically designed for nesting sheet metal blanks on coils.

It automatically calculates the best nesting layout to optimize material utilization based on coil width and pitch constraints. And for CATIA V5 users the same features are now available integrated as CATNEST.

BLANKNEST optimises material usage through geometric nesting of blanks

• Automatically nests for best material utilization for one-up and two-up layouts

• Imports blank shape from IGES, DXF file types and other FTI software

Progressive Die nest created by PROGNESTThe Most Powerful nesting software to optimize progressive die nesting layout to improve material utilization and calculate costs.

Up to nine different layout configurations can be calculated and compared. And by using both BLANKNEST and PROGNEST, cost comparisons can be made between different process routes for the same part.

The same method is also available integrated in CATIA - PROGNEST CAA V5 (contact us for further details and a trial installation).

FEATURES:

• Produces fully optimized nesting layouts for 1-up, 2-up, and mirrored progressive die configurations
• Constrains progression, coil width, and blank rotation to ensure the layout is compatible with manufacturing equipment
